President Fowlow Requests Donations for the
Silent Auction
Members are asked to donate suitable items for the
Silent Auction to be held in conjunction with the Greek dinner on February
23. The more novel the item the better: such as, Arts;
Crafts; curios you would like to be rid of but someone else might
treasure; exotic house plants, offers of services such as bridge lessons,
golf lessons, ski lessons, cooking lessons; ski equipment; your
prize "handmade" wine - you name it. Just contact Doug or
leave a note at the chalet by February 22 concerning the item. Thank you
for your support.

Doug leadership is required here so I will step up to the
plate:
Graham's Group Skate Ski Lesson for up to 5
people
Beginner to Intermediate Level (2 hour duration) Great chance to
combine with three or four friends and pool your pesos to make
a bid.
This lesson is designed for skiers who have some ski experience and
who have made the investment in skate skis and would like to take their
skiing to the next level. You should have basic balance on your skis and
have at least some experience in classic, or skating technique. I will review
basic skating technique and work on points that will help you
improve your technique. It should be
fun!
