Makeover on the Trails

So that's what they do when we're not around.
Chickadee Hollow gets a makeover! The rollercoaster gets a new snow
ramp! If you skied towards Oliver's Twist or Abbey Road today you
probably saw the remnants of the BR250 in action. Here are a few
photos of the base preparation and actually building a snow ramp to
connect the roller coaster to Abbey Road. Unfortunately Kenny did not
have sufficient time to regroom after preparing the base on Chickadee,
however we hope to look after that tomorrow. We look forward to opening
Hayes Hump and Roller Coaster soon and this trail will be widened to
hopefully take the BR250. Big thanks to Don, Earl and Howard for the
use of their own machines, gas, and powersaws and while Dan and I did
not offer any expensive equipment we were there to make sure the boys
didn't slack off. Someone has to pull rank with this guys. GO
