PARTY PLACE!!!!

Where is a great place to have a healthy,,,,outdoor living,,,,celebratory,,,,birthday party? WHALEBACK NORDIC SKI CHALET,,,,of course.
We had my daughter's 11th birthday celebration there on March 10th and what a celebration it was. The kids spent time in the great outdoors experiencing the joy of skiing for the first time...others returning to enjoy it more.... Lots of room to move around...kitchen available...nice wood fire in...easy cleanup....friendly staff and lots of people to help. Definitely recommended for those who have winter birthdays.
I have the pictures to prove it.

Jill it looks like you folks had a great time at the birthday party. Marjie and I also had a great party at the chalet, but it was a retirement party rather than a birthday party and what a lucrative event it was. What stuff we received! Money ... paintings ... cards ... food ... a crack pot .... I thought I was on that show with Vana, whee you win all the stuff. I can't wait to have another. Like maybe when I retire form the ski club! Will they throw another party fort hat? I can't wait ... there we'll be at the Acadian Village making trips to WB in the Acadian Village van and then one day we'll arrive at thce chalet and they'll have another retirement party! Gettin' too silly and too close to the bone to continue on that topic,... Ya .... I can't have my second retirement party.
I agree with you, the chalet is a great place to have a party just make sure you keep one eye on the Kitchen .... sometimes things go missing late at night. Did you miss any Smarties, or egg sandeiches or candles for the cake? No, I am sure you had a swell time and all was recovered except the laughter and joy that evaporated into the memories of all in attendance.
Keep the blogs coming Jill ... I love the photos. The police car is a hoot.

All was accounted for when we left the party...we even left with the two kids we came with... :)
I think that Acadian Village Van is a long way off yet.
