Things are heating up
in the Sea to Sea as the Urchins have questioned the validity of the Minister
... merky territory if you ask me! Someone said there would be
a response from captain carter but he's still asleep under the woodstove at the
chalet ... still recovering from yesterday's loops.

comment to the press release. I note that it states that the agreement involved
discussion between Minister Burke and the President of CCC. I have been the
acting President of CCC since March 15th and I have not been in any
discussions with the Minister. The individual the Minister supposedly spoke to
was without authority to make such an arrangement so the program officially
ended on MARCH 31st.
The Tom Cods are showing their true colors as we now have another
species preying on the poor defenceless Urchins.They deserve to be split and
gutted.
